Acacia Hills Coffee Estate is a thriving coffee estate located on the beautiful Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania. Since 2007, we have been rehabbing this coffee estate back to a premier specialty coffee farm, like it once was decades ago.

The farm currently harvests Bourbon, Kent, Geisha, Pacamara and Castillo and SL 28. This year’s harvest featured coffee  is our now world famous Gesha Peaberry.  This was scored by Allience for Coffee Excellence a 90+ score and won the Cupping of the Crater.   There is only one bag of this super Rare coffee and will auction on February 2.   We have so many micro lots each year and can commission for you something special.  Contact us for options. 

From the farm, we look out over the coffee plants with a view of the mountains and Lake Eyasi. This area has some of the most diverse African wildlife surrounding the farm. The Ngorongoro Crater is world renowned for the sights and boarders this farm at the top.  Almost every type of animal with the exception of Giraffe can be seen at some point during  the year if you look hard enough.  This farm has the highest altitude of any farm in the region.  At the top 6500 feet we have recently Planted Geisha and Pacamara plants.  We currently have 280 acres of coffee planted on our way to 350 acres.

Our Penogas Wet Mill was installed several years ago where we specialize in micro lots and options for honey milled coffee.
